  • An exhibitor personnel registration form must be completed for each person to be registered for your booth.
  • Exhibitor personnel registration includes: badge, registration material and admittance to the expo hall, expo hall luncheons and events, and educational sessions.
  • Exhibitor registration packets will be available on site at registration.
  • All badges will display company name and location listed below.
  • Booth personnel substitutions are subject to a $50 per person fee.
